Paula Patton News, Pictures, and Videos
The 39-year-old singer took his son to Nobu for a sushi lunch on Thursday (February 9). The father-son duo was joined by a monitor during their time together.
“Julian’s favorite food is sushi, and so Robin took him to Nobu and they had a really fun lunch,” a source told People. “Afterwards, they went back to Robin’s house and played sports in the backyard.”
They “spent eight hours together and had a very, very good time. He wanted to do something extra special that he knew Julian would love.”
Robin posted the below photo on Instagram from their day together!
The 39-year-old singer’s legal team requested either “no monitor, a change in monitor or a ruling that said the monitor couldn’t make changes to the visitation,” according to People.
“Robin wants to spend as much time as possible with Julian, and he was upset because the monitor was trying to cut his visit time short, so his team went and filed to change to a new monitor, which was denied,” a source told the mag.
Although Paula currently has sole legal custody of Julian, she has reportedly agreed to allow Robin to visit with their son three days a week at a neutral location until the next hearing on February 24, as long as a court-appointed monitor is present.
The court-appointed monitor was reportedly with Robin at Kids World, as Paula still wants Julian to have relationship with his dad.
Robin Thicke reportedly has been able to spend time with his son despite temporarily losing custody.
The 39-year-old entertainer saw his six-year-old son on Friday (January 27), according to People.
Just a day earlier, Paula was granted sole legal custody of Julian while Robin was given supervised visitation three days a week at a neutral location until the next hearing on February 24
“He’s taking this extremely seriously, and it’s unfortunate and very difficult when you’re on the receiving end of a campaign of negativity,” the source added.
Another source added that Robin also decided against spending time with Julian the rest of the weekend.
Paula Patton has landed the lead role in a new supernatural-thriller series headed to ABC, Somewhere Between!
The 41-year-old actress will be playing “superstar news producer and fiercely loving mom Laura Price. She isn’t crazy: She knows her daughter Serena is going to be murdered. She doesn’t know who the murderer is or why she’ll be killed, but she knows exactly when it will happen, where and how. Despite this, all of her attempts to keep her daughter safe fail, and Serena’s fixed, unmovable, terrifying fate keeps her directly in the path of her killer,” according to Deadline.
Somewhere Between has received a 10-episode order and it will air in summer 2017!
The 39-year-old singer just lost temporary custody of their son Julian after he was accused of child abuse. Paula was also issued a domestic violence restraining order, which means Robin can’t go near her or their child for the time being.
The restraining order stems from an incident that happened at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2013. Paula says that she and Robin got into a fight and that he hit her upper body with a closed fist, pushed her to the ground, and threatened to “bash my f–king head in” multiple times, according to TMZ.
Paula also claims that Robin had a serious cocaine problem, that he cheated on her in 2013, and that he screamed in front of her and Julian during a visit to her on set in February 2013.
