Sony Pulls Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation & Xbox Stores & Offers Refunds After Systems Crash

Sony’s The Cyberpunk 2077 video game was just released this week and already, its developer CD Projekt Red, is issuing refunds.

According to CNN the game, is causing users a mountain of issues including performance problems on Xbox One and Playstation consoles older than the newest one, PS5.

There are also reports of crashes and strange bugs on just about every platform it’s on.

While some Twitter users have gotten through the game without any issues, a lot have not.

If you aren’t happy with the game, Sony is issuing a refund and these are the steps you’ll have to take to get one: just use the “refund programs” on the PlayStation and Xbox stores for digital copies, or go to their retailer of choice for refunding a physical copy.

You can also contact the developer at [email protected] through December 21 for assistance with getting your money back.

Sony does plan on putting the game out again once the issues are resolved.
