'Revenge' Is Ending After Four Seasons

Revenge has officially been cancelled by ABC after four seasons.

“We can officially tell our fans that this will be the end of the story,” executive producer Sunil Nayar told EW. “We’ve been talking to the network and we all just wanted to make sure that we felt very confident. Now that everybody has seen the finaleā€”which is fabulousā€”everybody understands that as much as we all adore the show, it has hit exactly the mark it needed to to end. This is the series finale of Revenge that will be airing in a couple weeks.”

“There’s a tiny little cliffhanger in the series finale,” Sunil added “We don’t want people to get weary of the stories we’re telling, so we felt like they deserve an ending to this novel that Mike Kelley started four years ago. I really feel like the last couple chapters are worthy of the first many.”

“There are epic emotional moments in the finale,” Sunil continued. “There are really shocking things that happen in the finale. It’s a tricky thing because the fans are such passionate lovers of the show and we really want to give them what they want, but the hard part about a finale in a show like this is you want to give them some of what they want, some of what they don’t know they want yet and some of what they never expected, and it needs to be a perfect mix of all those things. I truly believe our finale is the perfect mix of all those three things. I think they’re going to be extremely satisfied.”

Nick Wechsler Went Shirtless on 'Revenge' Last Night!

Nick Wechsler shows off his muscular body while lounging in the sun in these stills from the latest episode of Revenge.

There is only one more episode left until the series finale of the ABC show and it looks like Emily Thorne/Amanda Clarke (Emily VanCamp) is being framed for the death of that major character last week.

Nick‘s character Jack Porter went out west to Los Angeles for the episode, but he quickly came back when Emily was in trouble. We sure hope they end up together!

'Revenge' Character's Death Confirmed By The Actor

There was a major shocker at the end of Sunday night’s new episode of Revenge and one of the main characters on the show died.

While it hasn’t been publicly confirmed yet, it seems like the show is heading towards a conclusion at the end of this season.

Storylines are being wrapped up and Emily VanCamp‘s character Emily Thorne publicly revealed that she is actually Amanda Clarke in a recent episode.

After this very strong season for the show, we’ll be sad to see it go, but happy to see it end on a high note if it indeed goes off the air!
