Suge Knight has been indicted by a Los Angeles County Grand Jury for making felony criminal threats against Straight Outta Compton director F. Gary Gray, TMZ reports.

The 52-year-old record producer reportedly made the threats via text message during the movie’s production, as he was not happy with how he was portrayed in the film.

The indictment, dated February 7, 2017, reads, “On or about August 8, 2014, Suge … threatened to commit a crime which would result in death and great bodily injury to Felix Gary Gray.”

Months prior to that, Suge killed a man involved in the production by running him over in a Compton parking lot.

Suge is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday (August 3).

Suge Knight makes an appearance in court for his bail hearing on Friday morning (March 20) at the Criminal Courts Building in Los Angeles.

The 49-year-old rapper, who has been charged with murder, collapsed in court and an ambulance came to take him to the hospital.

Suge‘s bail was set for $25 million after the judge sided with prosecutors and determined the rapper to be a danger if he was out of jail given his extensive record.

Suge Knight makes an appearance at a hearing in the two criminal cases against him on Monday (March 9) at Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center in Los Angeles.

The first case was for murder and attempted murder when Suge ran over two men in a parking lot following an argument. The other case involves an alleged robbery and criminal thefts to a photographer.

Full video of the hit and run was released that day and his fiancee tells TMZ that “it’s clear as day from the video Suge was in harm’s way and I am thankful he was able to get out of the way.”

Suge Knight was rushed to a hospital on Tuesday (February 3) in Los Angeles after entering a plea of not guilty for murder and, although reports circulated his hospitalization was from a panic attack, it appears to be more serious.

The 49-year-old rapper, who is in serious legal trouble for allegedly running over Cle “Bone” Sloan and killing his friend Terry Carter, has reportedly developed a blood clot that could be fatal, TMZ reports.

Suge has suffered from blood clots in the past ever since he was shot 6 times at a pre-VMA party last summer.

He is now at Long Beach Memorial on blood thinners and handcuffed to a bed under twenty-four hour watch.

UPDATE: Suge was rushed to the hospital after entering his plea, TMZ reports. Suge had a panic attack and paramedics came to pick him up after pleading not guilty.

Suge Knight has entered a plea of not guilty to murder and attempted murder early Tuesday morning (February 3) at the L.A. County Superior Court.

The 49-year-old rapper also plead not guilty to two counts of hit and run, TMZ reports. Suge is accused of running over Cle “Bone” Sloan and his friend Terry Carter, who was killed.

He will be held without bail until February 9. The judge recused himself from the case because he said he represented the victims as their attorney in a past case.

In addition to murder, Suge was charged with attempted murder, hit and run resulting in death, and hit and run resulting in injury, which are all felonies.

“[Knight] is charged with one count of murder, one count of attempted murder, two counts of hit-and-run with an allegation that he committed a serious and violent felony while out on bail in another pending case,” the L.A.D.A. Office shared in a statement to THR.

Suge Knight has been arrested after killing a man in a hit and run on the set of a promo shoot for Straight Outta Compton.

The accident happened on Thursday afternoon (January 29) in the Compton neighborhood of Los Angeles and he was arrested on Friday morning at around 3am local time.

Suge is being held on $2 million bail at the West Hollywood station.

The rapper’s lawyer confirmed before the arrest that Suge was the driver in the accident, which left another man injured, and that he was preparing to turn himself in to authorities.
