There’s a new cast member coming to House of the Dragon!
David Tennant‘s son, Ty Tennant, will be playing the role of the young prince Aegon Targaryen II after a 10 year leap forward in time in the series on the September 25 episode.

David Tennant showed support for his son Ty at the premiere of Tolkien!
The 48-year-old actor and his 17-year-old son hit the green carpet at the premiere on Monday evening (April 29) at the Curzon Mayfair in London, England.

David adopted Ty back in 2011 after marrying his mother Georgia Moffett.
Ty is making his big screen debut in biopic Tolkien, playing a young version of J.R.R. Tolkien.
While at the premiere, Ty revealed the piece of advice David gave him about working in film.
“Never be late. Always be on time. Don’t skip the lunch queue so you don’t look like a bit of an idiot, and just be kind and friendly and know your lines,” Ty told DailyMail.
