Robert Buckley is Too Cool For School

Robert Buckley oozes cool in a pair of classic Ray-Ban Wayfarers after shopping at Urban Outfitters in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood earlier this week.

The 26-year-old (often shirtless) actor has been in town shooting the hit second season of the hit NBC drama, Lipstick Jungle, with his costars Kim Raver and Lindsay Price.

Candace Bushnell says Lipstick Jungle, where she’s the writer, creator and occasional executive producer, has complexities a show like Sex and the City didn’t possess.

“Sex and the City was about women looking for relationships. You know, you move to New York and you meet all these great women, and you start asking the age-old question: Why there are so many great women who can’t find a great man?” says Bushnell.

“But once you hit your late 30s and early 40s, I think a lot of women have figured out that part of their life. I have girlfriends who were single in their 30s, and looking for relationships, but now that they’re in their 40s, they’ve stopped looking. They’re fine with being single. You know, finding the perfect mate isn’t at the top of the list anymore.”
