The 41-year-old Gossip Girl actress, who split from Daniel Giersch, is now dating Jason Bird, her rep confirms to Life & Style.

Kelly and Jason have been spotted all over L.A. with Kelly’s adorable daughter, Helena Grace. The two held hands and looking very lovey-dovey.
