David Beckham Covers WSJ Magazine

David Beckham suits up in Ralph Lauren on the cover of the WSJ Magazine.

Here’s what the 36-year-old soccer star had to share:

On aging: “Got my first gray a few years ago, and a couple more since we’ve had the little girl [Harper]. I definitely feel different than I did 10 years ago. It takes a while for the Achilles to warm up…Once I’ve had my coffee, I’m good.”

On how wife Victoria Beckham told him they were expecting: “She pulled [David] aside and told him, “Oh, by the way, we’re pregnant.’”

On his H&M bodywear line: “I’m totally involved in everything that goes out there in stores. I don’t just sign with a company and give my name to do whatever they want. Everything that goes out there is something I would wear.”
