Carey Mulligan - Hollywood Film Awards 2011

Carey Mulligan attends the 2011 Hollywood Film Awards presented by Starz at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday (October 24) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 26-year-old actress wore a Bottega Veneta dress and clutch with Ferragamo shoes.

Carey was honored at the event with the Hollywood Supporting Actress Award for her role in Shame.

“This really means a lot because I wasn’t an obvious choice for this part. I begged [director Steve McQueen] for the part,” Carey said during her acceptance speech. “It was the best experience of my life.”
