Later that day, Zoe headed over to the Jen Kao Fall 2012 fashion show at the Highline Studios.

Zoe dished to E! about potential Valentine’s Day plans for her and her beau Penn Badgley.

“I don’t know what we’re gonna do yet, we do wanna do something romantic�”go to dinner or something. But we’ll probably just keep it quiet,” Zoe said.
