Katy Perry's Billboard Performance - Watch Now!

Katy Perry is gorgeous as she performs her song “Wide Awake” for the first time at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (May 20) in Las Vegas, Nev.

The 27-year-old entertainer picked up the Spotlight Award.

“This is cool! They told me the only other person who’s received this award is Michael Jackson, so I feel incredibly honoured to be in the same category – although I don’t compare at all!” Katy said.

After the awards ceremony, Katy tweeted, “Kittens! My new single WIDE AWAKE, the final chapter of Teenage Dream, listen and learn the lyrics #WIDEAWAKE”
