Selena Gomez has a slight smile on her face while leaving the ER room at a local hospital on Monday (November 19) in Los Angeles.

The evening before, the 20-year-old actress joined her on-and-off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber at an after party to celebrate the 2012 American Music Awards, where he was the big winner of the evening.
