Bill Hader: Funny Man for 'GQ' June 2013!

Bill Hader shows off his hilarious humor in this brand new photo shoot for GQ magazine’s June 2013 comedy issue.

Here’s what the 34-year-old SNL comedian, who is leaving the show after this season, had to share with the mag:

On learning SNL‘s humor: “When I started I was like over here’s what I find funny and over here’s what the show finds funny and they were way apart. Not that I couldn’t fit in. Just meaning I have my own sensibility and the show has its sensibility that’s been there for 40 years. It took me a while to figure out the Venn diagram, to get the confidence to figure it out.”

On doing hilarious impressions: “To be totally honest? I don’t know if I’ll keep doing more impressions. People told me I had a facility for it, and I was like, ‘Okay, I’m the impression guy.’ So you imagine the cast at SNL is an A-Team, and you’ve got the explosives guy, and I’m the impression guy.”

On his post-SNL plans: “Sleep. Spending time with my family. A new set of concerns. Heading back to LA. I met my wife in California and lived out there before this. We have good friends out there.”
