Hilary Duff dons short shorts while enjoying a dinner at Aventine Italian Restaurant on Thursday (June 27) in Hollywood.

“Just drove through Hollywood..Guys! that part of town … seriously… Freaks…me. OUT! Impersonators at midnight .. Yikes,” the 25-year-old actress tweeted later in the night.
