Josh Duhamel stops by his and wife Fergie‘s future home to check out the progress of the construction on Wednesday (September 4) in Los Angeles.

The 40-year-old actor was seen the day before flashing a peace sign while picking up groceries before heading to his gym to get in a workout.

Fergie and Josh just welcomed a newborn baby boy Axl Jack last week – congrats again!
