Justin Bieber Turns Himself In to Toronto Police (VIDEO)

Justin Bieber has turned himself in to police on charges of criminal assault and now video is here of the singer arriving at the station on Wednesday evening (January 29) in Toronto, Canada.

The 19-year-old singer is facing charges of criminal assault after allegedly attacking a limousine driver back in December.

The news comes just a week after Justin was arrested in Miami for driving under the influence of alcohol, drag racing, and resisting arrest.
