Tobey Maguire pays his meter as he and a male pal head out to lunch together on Thursday (February 13) in Brentwood, Calif.

The 38-year-old actor and his friend sat outside at the outdoor cafe. Before leaving, Tobey grabbed his bottle of sparkling water and took it to go.
