Lea Michele Shares Healthy Snack Tips on 'Good Morning America'

Lea Michele heads into the ABC studios in a cute Oscar de la Renta dress for her appearance on Good Morning America on Monday morning (May 19) in New York City.

The 27-year-old actress chatted up her new book, “Brunette Ambition”, which is out in bookstores and digital retailers TOMORROW.

“A lot of your favorite snacks have healthy alternatives,” Lea shared on the program. “There’s always a healthy alternative and that’s what I really started looking into. I started taking more time at the grocery store rather than grabbing what I always go for, I would take a little more time to see if there was something similar that was better for me.” Check out Lea‘s full interview on GMA!
