Michelle Rodriguez is Taking a Year Off To Recover From Heartbreak

Michelle Rodriguez is pretty in pink while doing some sight-seeing with her friends Afef Jnifen and Mohammed Al Turki on Thursday (November 20) in Milan, Italy.

The 36-year-old actress reflected on her busy year and what she plans in the future while hitting the red carpet at the 2015 Pirelli Calendar event.

“This year has been too much and I need some time out,” Michelle shared. “I’ve been working hard and now I want time off. That’s what I do. Work hard, play hard. I don’t think that’s much to ask or want.

She added, “I don’t have anything in the pipeline at the moment. I’m free. I had so much heartbreak last year that I am taking a year off to do something different, like write.”
