Justin Bieber & Chantel Jeffries Reunite at Shots App Event

Justin Bieber is camera shy while making his way to his chauffeured car after promoting the Shots app at the House of Music and Entertainment on Friday (December 19) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 20-year-old entertainer was joined at the event by his close gal pal Chantel Jeffries, who was last seen with him in the summer.
