Justin Bieber gives a thumbs up while stepping out for some fresh air and exercise around his neighborhood on Friday (March 20) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 21-year-old singer was also seen stopping by Guitar Center and later Pinkberry for a frozen treat.

Later that weekend, Justin debuted his adorable new puppy Esther to all his fans.
