President Barack Obama Impersonates House of Cards' Frank Underwood - Watch Now!

“Hello, everybody. This is not Frank Underwood, this is Barack Obama,” the 53-year-old President said in a similar tone to the House of Cards character.

He added, “Happy April Fools’ Day. Frank learned it from me.”

The video also features outtakes from past episodes of the White House’s documentary web series West Wing Week, such as footage of Obama making funny faces at the camera, dancing to some music in the Oval Office, and rehearsing for a swearing-in ceremony.
