Sutton Foster Powers Through Laryngitis to Perform a Concert!
Sutton Foster poses for a photo while attending a For Your Consideration event for her TV Land series Younger on Monday (June 15) at the Landmark Theatre in Los Angeles.
The 40-year-old Tony-winning actress was on the west coast to perform two shows the night before at the Broad Stage theater in Santa Monica and she powered through laryngitis to do the show!
Sutton revealed to the crowd that she had come down with laryngitis for the second time in her life just two weeks before the concert and that her full singing voice wasn’t back yet. She brought out her friend Cheyenne Jackson to perform a few songs for the crowd to help her out!
“Was a surprise guest at my old pal @suttonlenore’s concert today. Been 13 years since we were smooching onstage in Thoroughly Modern Millie. So happy for all of her successes. A true talent,” Cheyenne captioned the pic on Instagram.
