Ione Skye Joins Sarah Hyland in Netflix Film 'XOXO' (Exclusive)

Ione Skye has landed a role in the upcoming Netflix movie XOXO, JustJared.com can exclusively reveal.

The 44-year-old actress, who became a teen idol for her work in the movie Say Anything, will play Graham Phillips‘ mom in the film. She was drawn to the project by director Chris Louie‘s music video work.

Sarah Hyland, Chris D’Elia, and Hayley Kiyoko also star in the upcoming movie.

Here is the synopsis: An ensemble comedy about a crazy adventure that a group of early 20 somethings who take a party bus to a huge EDM concert called XOXO. At the center is Ethan, a young DJ who gets a last min slot to perform after his tracks go viral online days before the festival. This is a huge opportunity … if he can just make it there in one piece.
