Caitriona Balfe Says Role in Jodie Foster Directed 'Money Monster' Was 'Alien' To Her

Jodie Foster keeps it casual as she exits Matsuhisa sushi restaurant on Tuesday evening (July 21) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 52-year-old actress’ latest project is directing Money Monster, a Wall Street flick starring George Clooney and Caitriona Balfe.

Caitriona recently spoke to W Magazine about the film, in which she portrays a PR exec for a financial company.

“That was almost more alien to me than the time-traveling nurse,” she said, referring to her role in her show Outlander.

“I was like, what do people do in offices all day?” she joked.

Money Monster is due in theaters in 2016.
