Kelly Rutherford Must Send Children Back to Monaco on Court Order

Kelly Rutherford arrives at court for a hearing regarding her two children Hermes, 8, and Helena, 6, on Tuesday (August 11) in New York City.

The 46-year-old actress has been ordered by the judge to send her children back to Monaco after she missed the deadline and refused to return them to their father.

The judge ultimately said that Kelly had to send her kids back while her ex Daniel Giersch worked out his U.S. residency issues. Kelly is already en route to the airport with her two children to send them back.

There will be a custody hearing in Monaco on September 3, TMZ reports.
