Kim Kardashian Looks Ready to Pop at Doctor’s Appointment

Kim Kardashian shows some major cleavage in a mesh neckline while heading back to her car following a doctor’s appointment on Sunday (September 27) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 34-year-old pregnant reality star is reportedly due to give birth in December.

“Who’s ready for #KUWTK? All new episode tonight on E!” Kim tweeted that day ahead of the new episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
