Miley Cyrus has dropped the full version of her new song “Hands of Love” and you can listen now below.

The 23-year-old entertainer recorded the track for the new movie Freeheld, which stars Julianne Moore and Ellen Page and is about a terminal cancer patient ​battling to secure her pension benefits ​for her domestic partner.
