Amy Schumer Admits She's Struggled With Body Image Issues Her Whole Life

Amy Schumer is admitting her body image struggles and finding a way to help women who find themselves in similar situations.

In an interview with The Today Show, the 34-year-old actress explained that her stylist Leesa Evans helped her conquer her insecurities.

“Some nights I just didn’t even want to go on stage because I couldn’t find an outfit I looked good in,” Amy said at a Goodwill of California event.

But Leesa showed Amy “how to dress and feel good,” adding in that she even helped her little sister Kim shop.

“To see the person I care the most about being given those tools was just really moving for me and I just wanted to give it to every woman,” she tearfully explained.

In order to help other women who are struggling with body image issues, Amy is teaming up with GoodWill to make sure everyone is able to get dressed with confidence, especially when looking for a new job.
