Star Wars' Carrie Fisher Gives Daisy Ridley Advice: 'Don't Be a Slave Like I Was'

Star Wars: Episode VII: The Force Awakens actress Daisy Ridley poses for this brand new feature in Interview magazine, where she was interviewed by Princess Leia herself Carrie Fisher!

The 23-year-old actress asked Carrie about her sex symbol status, to which she replied, “I’m not a sex symbol! So that’s an opinion of someone. I don’t share that.”

Daisy then asked for Star Wars advice, to which she answered, “Well, you should fight for your outfit. Don’t be a slave like I was…You keep fighting against that slave outfit.”

“It’s hard to date once you’re a big ‘Star Wars’ star because you don’t want to give people the ability to say, ‘I had sex with Princess Leia,’” Carrie added.

Presumably, Carrie is referring to the gold bikini she wore during Return of the Jedi when her character was enslaved by Jabba the Hut.
