Gina Rodriguez Reacts to America Ferrera Mix-Up: 'Who Cares!'

Gina Rodriguez is taking the high road after the Golden Globes‘ official Twitter account mistakenly said she was announcing this morning’s nominations… when it was really America Ferrera.

“I didn’t hear anything until recently someone sent me an article, but who cares?” the 31-year-old Jane the Virgin actress told Entertainment Tonight.

“America‘s lovely,” Gina added. “She’s so beautiful and such a fantastic actress. If there’s anybody I want to get mixed up with — it’s her for sure! To me, it’s like, whatever. We always make mix-ups in life, man.”

Both America and Gina are Golden Globe-winning actresses for their work in Ugly Betty and Jane the Virgin, respectively.
