The story unfolds in modern day Los Angeles, where a socially inept but brilliant young scientist (Dallas) invents a time machine that catapults his life into a journey beyond time and all reason. He is brought together with Anne (Victoria Bullock), a headstrong and curious British woman whose upcoming forced marriage has her hating her life in London… in 1814.
