Vanessa Hudgens' Father Passes Away; Will Still Perform In 'Grease: Live'

We are sending our love and thoughts to Vanessa Hudgens during this difficult time.

The 27-year-old actress just announced on Twitter that her father, Greg, has passed away.

“I am so sad to say that last night my daddy, Greg passed away from stage 4 cancer. Thank you to everyone who kept him in your prayers,” Vanessa shared on Twitter this morning.

She added, “Tonight, I do the show in his honor.”

Vanessa will play Rizzo in Fox’s Grease: Live, airing live tonight on Fox @ 7PM ET/PT.
