Forest Whitaker Makes Broadway Debut At 'Hughie' Opening Night!
Forest Whitaker flashes a big smile while attending the opening night of his debut Broadway play Hughie held at the Booth Theater on Thursday (February 25) in New York City.
The 54-year-old actor was joined on the carpet by his co-stars Frank Wood and Michael Grandage, as well as Angela Bassett, Gretchen Mol and her husband Tod Williams, who all came out to show their support.

Hughie is set in the lobby of a small midtown hotel on the West Side of Manhattan. Forest plays Erie Smith, a drunken, small time hustler who is mourning the recent death of the hotel’s night clerk, Hughie. Erie regales the new night clerk (Frank) with tall-tales of his glory days and times spent with Hughie – Buy tickets here!
