It was the merge episode! As the tribes formed as one, the Beauties gravitated toward the Brawns, so Brains were left outnumbered.

Neal, Tai, and Jason all still held hidden immunity idols.

Jason and Scott, the head of the Brawn/Beauty alliance, targeted Aubry.

Meanwhile, multiple people on the island had serious infections, which caused the doctor to pay them a visit.
