Lucy Hale wears a head-turning lace look for the 2016 Billboard Music Awards held at the T-Mobile Arena on Sunday (May 22) in Las Vegas.

The 26-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress hit the pink carpet ahead of presenting at the annual music award show.
