AnnaLynne McCord couples up with her beau Dominic Purcell at the launch of her together1heart organization held at the Sofitel Hotel on Saturday (June 25) in Los Angeles.

Out to support AnnaLynne were her 90210 co-star Shenae Grimes with husband Josh Beech, Sarah Wayne Callies, and Nicky Whelan.
