Mariah Carey relaxes on a boat with her fiance James Packer while celebrating the Fourth of July abroad on Monday (July 4) in Capri, Italy.
The 46-year-old entertainer was also joined by her adorable five-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan for the festivities overseas.

Earlier in the day, Mariah was seen walking around the yacht in a long red sleeveless dress.
