Kelly Rowland steps out in an elegant dress for the 2016 BeautyCon Festival held at the Los Angeles Convention Center on Saturday (July 9).
The 35-year-old singer was joined at the annual convention by Scream Queens‘ Skyler Samuels, Ashley Tisdale, Tyra Banks, Karrueche Tran, Christina Milian, Chantel Jeffries, and Madison Beer.
