Wentworth Miller Hasn't Had a Major Depressive Episode in 3 Years

Wentworth Miller keeps it cool and casual as he runs some errands on Thursday (August 4) in Vancouver, Canada.

The 44-year-old Legends of Tomorrow actor has been back in town after attending 2016 San Diego Comic-Con a couple weeks prior.

Wentworth recently opened up about how he’s doing after revealing earlier this year that he was battling depression and having suicidal thoughts.

“I haven’t experienced a major depressive episode in maybe three years,” he told People. “I try to stay really aware of where I’m at and what’s up for me.”

“And I’ll just emphasize how important it is to reach out if you think someone is in crisis. The tiniest gesture can have a huge impact. Just let them know they’re not alone. It can make a difference,” he added.
