Carrie Underwood & Brad Paisley Cover 'Southern Living' September 2016!

CMA co-hosts Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley take the cover of Southern Living magazine’s September 2016 issue, on newsstands August 19.

Here’s what the 33-year-old singer and Brad, 43, had to share with the mag:

Brad, on the power of the CMAs (airing November 2): “If you’re an actor, you want to win an Oscar, and if you’re a country music artist, you want to win a CMA Award. You can see the emotion in their acceptance speeches, and the audience recognizes it too. This means something, and it has for 50 years.”

Carrie, on their on-camera relationship: “Brad is willing to make himself the butt of the joke, which you’ve got to respect. We’re both willing to look stupid, but he assumes the role of annoying big brother. And I’m sure he would call me the annoying little sister.”
