Zooey Deschanel and her New Girl co-star Hannah Simone wear matching “Vote” shirts while chatting during a break on the set of their hit show on Tuesday (August 16) in Los Angeles.

The 36-year-old actress was also spotted checking her phone during their down time.

It was recently announced that New Girl will be returning for season six, and Zooey will be directing the first episode, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Other returning cast members include Megan Fox, Jake Johnson, Lamorne Morris, and Max Greenfield.
