Kourtney Kardashian Shares a Sweet Throwback For Kim's Birthday

Kourtney Kardashian checks her phone while heading out of an ice cream shop on Friday afternoon (October 21) in Malibu, Calif.

The 37-year-old reality star was joined by her ex Scott Disick as well as their six-year-old son Mason and four-year-old daughter Penelope (not pictured).

Later that day, Kourtney took to her Instagram to wish her sister Kim a happy birthday.

“Happy happy birthday sister! I feel beyond blessed to walk through my whole life with you by my side, besides those first lonely 18 months. I love you beyond words,” she captioned a throwback photo of the duo.
