Michael Keaton Confirmed as Villain in 'Spider-Man: Homecoming'!

After so much speculation, it has finally been confirmed that Michael Keaton will play the villain Vulture in Spider-Man: Homecoming!

At first, there were reports that talks with Michael fell apart early on, but then talks ramped back up again and it’s now been confirmed by Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige in an interview.

“We’ve had a wish list, and most of them in the near-term are coming together,” Kevin said (via the LA Times). “Cate Blanchett is playing Hela in ‘Thor: Ragnarok.’ Michael Keaton‘s Vulture in ‘Spider-Man’ is something. And of course, finally, we’re showcasing Josh Brolin‘s Thanos [in 'Avengers: Infinity War']. We’re looking forward to that very much.”

Tom Holland, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Marisa Tomei, and Jon Favreau also star in the film, in theaters on July 7, 2017!
