VIDEO: Eddie Redmayne Addresses Past Taylor Swift Romance Rumors!

Did Eddie Redmayne ever date Taylor Swift? He set the record straight on Wednesday (November 16) on Watch What Happens Live!

“I absolutely can put the rumors to rest,” the 34-year-old Fantastic Beasts star said of the 26-year-old entertainer. “I never went out on a date with Taylor Swift. Although I met Taylor Swift.”

Eddie then revealed they auditioned for Les Miserables together!

“She auditioned for Les Miserables and she was amazing in the audition,” Eddie recalled. “We got to sing together, which was a big moment for me. But no we never went out. She was extraordinary.”

Eddie is now married to PR executive Hannah Bagshawe, and they have a baby daughter named Iris!
