Miley Cyrus looks like she’s having the best birthday ever thanks to Liam Hemsworth!

The singer and actress celebrated her 24th birthday on Wednesday (November 23) and Liam made sure she was totally spoiled with gifts, flowers and balloons!

Liam took to his Instagram to share a sweet snap of Miley with her gifts, writing, “Happiest birthday to my favorite little angel!”

Miley also shared some photos on Instagram, revealing that Liam bought her a super cool ring with rainbow-colored rocks!
