Demi Lovato Celebrates Being Named 'Time' 100 Honoree

Demi Lovato received a big honor from Time – she was named as one of their 100 Most Influential People!

The 24-year-old entertainer stepped out at the Time 100 Gala to celebrate the honor on Tuesday (April 25) at Lincoln Center in New York City.

Demi was named to the list for her mental health advocacy and for speaking out about tough subjects like mental health, eating disorders, body image and addiction.

“Demi Lovato is a remarkably talented artist and performer. But her courage, honesty and willingness to use her own experiences to help others are what make her a true star,” Arianna Huffington wrote in Demi‘s Time 100 feature.

During the gala, Demi also took to the stage for a performance.
