Naya Rivera leaves hotspot Catch LA with rumored boyfriend David Spade after a date night on Friday (May 5) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 30-year-old former Glee actress was all glammed up after attending the Race to Erase MS Gala that evening as well.

Naya and David have been rumored to be dating for the past month after they were spotted flaunting PDA in a pool in Hawaii. They have been spotted together on several other occasions as well.
