Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Jason Statham are proud parents to a baby boy!

The 30-year-old model announced the news on Instagram, including a photo and the baby boy’s name and birth date.

“Our little man arrived! Jack Oscar Statham 8.8lbs on Saturday June 24th,” Rosie announced.

Rosie and Jason announced they were expecting back in February by debuting her baby bump.
