Uma Thurman Calls 'Kill Bill' One of her 'Most Gratifying' Experiences!

Uma Thurman happily makes her grand entrance while attending a special screening of Kill Bill held during the 2017 Karlovy Vary International Film Festival in an open air cinema on Sunday (July 2) in Prague, Czech Republic.

At the special screening, the 47-year-old actress opened up about the positive impact the Kill Bill films has had on her and other women.

“Women would come up to me and they would say that somehow or other – they’d share a little bit – that that film helped them in their lives,” Uma expressed (via Variety). “Whether they were feeling oppressed or struggling or had a bad boyfriend or felt badly about themselves, that that film released in them some survival energy that was helpful, and that is probably one of the most gratifying things that I have ever experienced in response to a piece of art.”
